Unlike many systems,
our software stores insurance data on up to six carriers per account by
using Insurance Cards. This method offers two clear advantages: 1) it's
very easy to change a carrier's status (primary to secondary for example.)
and 2) the system can continue processing outstanding claims even after
the carrier responsible for the payment is no longer active on the account.
Below is the Quick-Print Menu, a feature of the Information Card that
quick access to the most common printed materials required by a patient.
For example, If a patient needs a copy of their current statement, just
pull up Quick-Print and watch the printer go!
