Our system makes it a snap to enter the charge for an office visit and submit the claim. Suppose for example a patient has received a venipuncture during an office visit. Can't remember the code? No problem. Rather than get out files, notebooks, or charts you just double click for the list, begin to type in the name or description of the procedure until it pops up. You then select the procedure and it is automatically placed in the Charge Entry Screen. You now have the correct code in the correct place without having left the desk.

In the Charge Entry Screen you then enter the initial date of service and the CPT Code. The Place of service, type of service, and amount automatically fill in the appropriate spaces.
